Wiebelt Earns All-American Honors at XC Nationals
Women's team finshes 8th at NJCAA championship.

Leana Wiebelt was named a second-team All-American at the NJCAA Division III Cross Country Nationals, while Suffolk's women's team measured up to their national ranking with an 8th place finish at the championship. Wiebelt was the top Region 15 finisher, completing the muddy 5K course in 7th place (out of 109) with a time of 21:04. An excellent end to a successful season for the whole team: Bernadette Calabrese, Melanie Sterling, Ashlee Rommeney, Nora DiMaria, and Eva Dziadula.
